Petersfield Physic Garden - 16 High Street
Set in an ancient walled plot, the garden has been planted in 17th century style. The herb beds in a formal
geometric pattern are typical of a physic garden of this period. Other features include a small knot garden,

Uppark NT - by bus
A late 17th century house in an impressive setting high on the South Downs. The elegant Georgian interior has
been carefully restored following a major fire in 1989. Features include paintings, furniture, ceramics and an 18th
century dolls' house with original contents. The servants' quarters in the basement are shown as they were in
