Old Soar Manor NT - 2½ miles or by bus then ¾ mile
The remains of a late 13th century knight's dwelling. Exhibition on Manor and surrounding area. Admission free. Tel. 01732 810378.

Ightham Mote NT - by bus then ¾ mile
A beautiful medieval moated manor house with later additions. Great Hall, Tudor chapel and many other furnished rooms. Garden and woodland walk. Restaurant. Tel. 01732 810378.
