A busy port at the mouth of the River Adur. The footbridge over the river leads to the beach which is
¾ mile from the station. The small town of Steyning with its attractive half-timbered buildings
is a bus ride away (see Steyning Museum below).
Marlipins Museum - High Street
The history of the port of Shoreham with ship models and maritime paintings as well as displays on
the early film industry and flying. The Museum has a distinctive chequerboard facade and is one of the

Bramber Castle EH - by bus
